Dr. Allen graduated with honours in 1969 from the University of Toronto. He completed an internship in Toronto General Hospital where he also took a postgraduate radiology course. Shortly after moving to Windsor, Ontario he accepted an associateship position with Dr. Lampe for 2 years then went on to open his own practice at the Medical Arts Building in downtown Windsor.
In 1974, Dr. Allen and other local businessmen teamed together to develop a medical complex known as The Windsor Health Centre.
With the idea of starting a group dental practice, Dr. Allen again joined with 3 other local dentists to open what has become one of Southern Ontario’s largest dental practices. Dr. Allen is married with 2 sons and enjoys morning workouts at the gym, farming, traveling, photography and biking.
